Youth Girls Training Times
Girls’ youth rugby is split up into three age bands: U14, U16 and U18.5.
Monivea RFC has been successfully amalgamated with Gort RFC since 2021 and play competitively under the name Gort/Monivea.

Please keep an eye on Spond to confirm training times and/or matches. As they are subject to change due to weather, matches, etc.
Equipment
Gum shields are compulsory for all ages. No player is allowed to train or play without a properly fitting gum shield.
Training: Sports wear (Shorts, socks, jersey, training top) of any colour, boots.
Matches: Complete club strip - black shorts, red and black socks, red and black jersey, red/black training top, boots.

Membership
All players must be registered by the end of September. Membership can be completed on the membership page.
Unregistered players cannot play matches after this date.
New players can give rugby a try for a few weeks before joining.
Youth Age Grades
Youth rugby age grades are set by the IRFU. No player can play below their age. We only allow players to join squads above their age grade in special circumstances.
